25 years’ experience as an entrepreneur, lecturer, manager and consultant in the field of higher education, specialized in developing and running programmes on university level.

 

Managing for 17 years the Swiss Centre for the Univ. of Strathclyde Business School in Zurich and running their Executive MBA for experienced managers, I gathered a profound knowledge of the MBA and EMBA market in Switzerland and the neighbouring countries.

I am an expert in coaching middle managers in their search for further education that fits their needs with a special emphasis on supporting female managers in their career decisions.

My lecturing and training experience is concentrated in the field of intercultural communication and I developed an MSc in Intercultural Management for a private business school in Switzerland.     

   

Since 2001 I am the Managing Partner of Swiss Management Forum AG, a consulting company in the area of higher education, intercultural management, strategy and sustainability management.

​

I have been a member of the Board of Directors of the EnDes Engineering und Design AG Group since July 2023.
Since October 2023, I have been working as the Programme Director at the HBM Entrepreneur School of the Executive School of the University of St.Gallen.
